Initiat in prima parte a anului 2003 de catre firma iStorm,
site-ul
e-primarii.ro este un proiect care isi propune sa ofere primariilor
posibilitatea de a fi prezente pe Internet, fiindu-le oferite
servicii
suplimentare si sa ofere utilizatorilor accesul la un portal
centralizat unde
pot gasi informatii despre primarii.

Printr-un acord incheiat intre MCTI si USAID, au fost realizate
patru centre
prin care se ofera acces la telefonie si calculatoare conectate
la Internet
pentru 12000 persoane din mediul rural.Initiate in cursul anului
trecut,
centrele au fost echipate si sunt deschise de la mijlocul lunii
octombrie.

Date statistice din raportul eEurope+ indica faptul ca 22% dintre
romani au
computer acasa, fiind pe acelasi loc cu Lituania, cu cateva
procente in urma
Ungariei – 27%, si inaintea Bulgariei, unde procentul este de
14%. Dintre
acestea, 7% sunt conectate la Internet, cifra comparabila cu
a celorlalte
state unde se inregistreaza un procent de conectare la Internet
de acasa de
8-9%.

The Finnish authorities will utilise the electronic ID system

Internet banking services for their e-services. The Ministry
of Labour, the
Social Insurance Institution of Finland and the National Board
of Taxes have
created a joint service for the different authorities where
identification is

ID card.
